I left work early yesterday. My stomach was fluttery, and I wasn't sure I was not going to get sick at work. Got home and slept and relaxed, but found that keeping a little something in my stomach was better than nothing, so I ate a little worse than I'd have liked, looking for bland foods and such.
Woke up today, and decided that the gym was a good test. If I went and couldn't make it through an hour at the gym, I definitely wouldn't last at work. I did make it, and although my stomach is still a little funny, I'm doing ok. The 12 hours of sleep last night probably helped, and I think I'll probably sleep as much tonight.
Exercise:
50 minutes weight lifting
15 minutes elliptical- level 8 (235 cals burned)
Breakfast-
Protein shake w/ skim milk
Lunch-
Chicken wrap with peppers, onions and provolone
Dinner-
Cheese and crackers, fruit (had an evening meeting, and snacked on the cheese tray and fruit platter in lieu of dinner. Should have hit the fruit harder than the cheese, but... woulda coulda shoulda.)
